Afro-Asian Poetic Index: Feedback Session & Workshop
Tuesday, August 15, 2023
12.00–1.15pm EST
Online, via Zoom
Please join us for an informal feedback session and workshop on the Afro-Asian Poetic Index, a project created from The Bandung Residency with The Museum of Contemporary Diasporan Arts (MoCADA) and the Asian American Arts Alliance (A4).
We invite your input on an accessible online resource on Afro-Asian solidarity, led by researchers at the Palah Light Lab @ The New School. The Index will be installed at the MoCADA Abolition House this Fall.
The feedback session includes a share out and a facilitated discussion on Afro-Asian solidarity movements.
Facilitated by Dennica Worrell, Johann Yamin, Kate McDonough, and Margaret Rhee.
